- The school bus fee listed above do not include traffic tolls.
- Tuition, meal, and school bus fee must be paid for a full month and submitted before the end of the 5th day of the payable month. If the student has already attended classes and used the school bus service on any day of the month, the tuition and school bus fee of that month must be paid in full and will not be refunded.
- Enrollment fee will not be refunded or transferred in any cases.
- Tuition may increase every year. The increase rate is specified in accordance with economic fluctuations, government policies and the School’s investments in development.
- Meal and school bus fee may be subject to change and will be notified by the School before being officially applied. If the adjusted fee is higher than the submitted payment, Parents are required to pay the extra difference.
- Book and uniform fee may vary according to market conditions. Payments for books and uniforms are non-refundable and non-transferable in all cases.
- The School will process requests for true copies, records, transcripts or withdrawal only when all outstanding fee have been paid in full.

• First time or first copy: During the academic year, each enrolled student is entitled to one complimentary copy of transcript or other documents per Parent request.
• Subsequent requests or copies:
* True copies: 30.000VND/copy.
* Reissuance per request: 300.000VND/copy.
