Missouri University S&T is an institution of higher learning located in Rolla, Missouri, United States. Founded in 1870, Missouri University S&T is one of the nation's top technological research universities with more than 8,600 students from 50 states and 65 foreign countries.
Missouri S&T has been known internationally for academic programs, hands-on learning, in-depth research and innovative programming. Missouri S&T offers 97 degree programs in 39 areas of study including engineering, science, computing and technology, business, management systems, humanities, and the liberal arts. The university is one of 12 colleges whose grads earn higher starting pay than Harvard’s (ABC News 2012). Three of Missouri S&T’s grads have become NASA astronauts.
