Liu Chi Sing

After graduating from The Asian International School in the school year 2009-2010, Liu Chi Sing has continued studying overseas in order to widen his knowledge. He is a sophomore of Santa Ana College, California, USA. Liu Chi Sing is currently trying to complete his college program, so he can transfer to university. His goal is to get a an MBA degree.

As a student of The Asian International School for 12 years, Liu Chi Sing says: "I have a lot of good memories of the school, its teachers and my friends. The modern active atmosphere helped me a lot in planning for the future. The teachers created a good environment for students to complete the International English Program and the Vietnamese Program as well. Many people think that The Asian International School specializes in teaching English like many other international schools. But it is not true; in fact, we have all completed the program National Curriculum. Moreover, many of the school's students have obtained excellent scholastic achievements and awards from the Ministry of Education and Training."

While a student, Liu Chi Sing had a great passion for basketball. He was one of the most important members of the basketball team in many competitions. His team won the second prize in the AHS sports event. In addition, Liu Chi Sing also has a talent for playing the piano. Liu says: "Besides studying, basketball and piano are the most important things in my life."

As a student living in the USA, Liu Chi Sing wants to form and develop an AHS former student community. Liu Chi Sing says to AHS students: "Try your best in study, extracurricular and sport activities. Pursue your passion, widen your knowledge and strengthen your social relationships . In high school, teachers instruct you and take care of you enthusiastically. However, when studying at Vietnamese or foreign universities, your success depends on yourself because there are many other factors affecting your life, such as your abilities, social relation with other people and finance, etc."
